No refunds, exchanges, or cancellation of orders are accepted for change of mind. Products are inspected carefully before being sent out to customers however, in the unlikely event of an item being delivered to you is faulty or damaged please be sure to contact me within a week of item delivery with photo evidence of the fault in the product. If the item is deemed to be faulty upon examination you will be applicable for an exchange free of cost.
Art Hoe will cover the cost of return postage of the faulty or damaged item. Please return any faulty products in it’s original packaging.
